Zhejiang Guanlin Machinery Incorporation is located in Anji county,Zhejiang province,Chinawhich is well known as the China's First BambooTownship and Huangpu River's Source of Shanghai with beautiful mountains and clear water, and ecological beauty. The predecessors of ourincorporation were Hangzhou Wulin Machinery Co., Ltd. and Hangzhou Modern Lifting Machinery Works founded in 1952, which were the leadingmanufacturers of specializing in producing small and light lifting machinery with the longest history,the largest production scale and the strongesttechnical force in China.
Starting from July 2013, Zhejiang Guanlin Machinery Incorporation has successfully replaced Hangzhou Wulin Machinery co., Ltd. and HangzhouModern Lifting Machinery Works to continue carrying onthe productionandbusiness operation officially.Alltangible and intangible assets of thepredecessors concerning the production project of small light lifting machinery products and chains have been owned by us, including machineryand equipment, product inventory, fixtures, molds, cutting and measuring tools, testing means, patents and proprietary technologies, designdrawings,technical documentationsmanufacturing techniques,sales network, trademarks or brands,namely Wulin,Flying Pigeon,Superforce.
